At 7:33 p.m. Friday, officers arrested Brian E. Lee, 48, of McPherson on a charge of D.U.I. first offense. A $1,406 bond was posted.
At 10:26 p.m. Saturday, officers, EMS personnel and firefighters responded to a report of aggravated battery between two juveniles in the 200 block of North Cherry. Two brothers, a 17 year old and a 14 year old, both from McPherson, were involved. The 14 year old brother reportedly hit his 17 year old brother in the head with a pipe. The 17 year old was transported to McPherson Hospital by EMS personnel. The extent of his injuries aren’t known at this time. Charges are pending on the 14 year old.
At 6:51 a.m. Sunday, deputies arrested Ian T. Kilbride of McPherson on a charge of D.U.I. first offense. A $1,000 bond was posted.
CANTON —At 9:19 p.m. Friday, an officer, a deputy, EMS personnel and firefighters responded to an injury accident that occurred 0.3 miles south of Mohawk on 27th Avenue. A 16 year old Canton woman was in the accident. The Canton woman reportedly left the roadway and struck an embankment, going into a ditch. She was taken by EMS personnel to McPherson Hospital. The extent of her injuries are unknown at this time.
LINDSBORG —At 1:46 p.m. Saturday, an officer and deputy arrested Nathan D. Puett, 22, of Salina on charges of domestic battery and criminal damage to property. A $1,000 bond was posted.
