    At 7:14 a.m. Tuesday, an officer responded to a burglary at 210 N. Mulberry. The burglary occurred between 5 p.m. Monday and 7 a.m. Tuesday, according to police. A window, valued at $200, and a padlock, valued at $8, were damaged, and a set of keys valued at $5 was stolen.

    At 9:14 a.m. Tuesday, officers responded to a burglary at 214 N. Elder. The burglary occurred between 8:30 p.m. Monday and 9:13 a.m. Tuesday, according to police. Two padlocks valued at $13 were damaged. Nothing was reported missing.

    Sheriff
    At 6:38 a.m. Tuesday, a deputy and EMS personnel responded to a state reportalbe rollover injury accident that occurred 0.2 miles south of Dakoda Road on Old Highway 81 involving a McPherson man. The vehicle was towed away by the owner. A patient was transported to McPherson hospital. No further information was avilable.

    At 1:55 p.m. Tuesday, a deputy responded to a state reportalbe, non-injury accident 20 feet south of Chery on Woodside. Tina Golden, 33, of McPherson was driving north on Cherry when Terry Modlin, 51, of McPherson backed out of his driveway and hit her vehicle, according to the sheriff’s office. Modlin was issued a citatoin for improper backing. Main Street Wrecker towed Golden’s vehicle.
