At 4:55 p.m. Tuesday, an officer in the 300 block of North Cherry engaged in an investigation found Methamphetamine peraphernalia and items used in the sale of illegal narcotics. The investigation is continuing, with charges pending.
At 4:11 a.m. Tuesday, officers responded to the 500 South Highway 81 Bypass to take a report of criminal damage to property. Between 3:14 and 4 a.m. a metal door frame had been damaged in an apparent unsuccessful attempt to force entry into a building. Estimated cost of the damage is $200.
