Sharon Darrah Rush, Salina, passed away on Sept. 10, 2013, after her fourth battle with cancer. She was born to Jay and Dorothy Seaburn on Nov. 17, 1940, in Augusta. She graduated from McPherson High School in 1958. She married Charles Rush on June 27, 1998, in Salina.
He survives. Sharon worked for the ASCS office in McPherson, National Discount Insurance Co. in Oklahoma City, Klines Department Store in Salina, and for MarketAide in Salina for 20 years. She is also survived by her son, Steve, of Topeka, daughter, Julie of Renton, Wash. and three grandchildren, Jessica, Darrah and Scott. Also surviving are her sister JoAnn Hendershot and her nephew Bob Hunter and his companion, Bob Sears, all of Salina.
There will be no visitation. Private family services and inurnment will be on Sept. 21, 2013, in the Elmwood Cemetery, Augusta.
