Calling of the Scottish Clans. Dramatic procession and fire ceremony, and Disney animated movie, Brave, set in Scotland at Lakeside Park.
Parking at Water Park, via Hartup Street and Simpson. Bring chairs or blankets and a flashlight. No cost.

Tickets for those 11 and older are $15.
Tickets for children 10 and younger are $7.

Concert by festival headliners. Clandestine,
Navan, and Cady Finlayson and Vita Tanga.
(Tickets available at the door; open seating)
Tickets are $15 for adults and $5 for youth 13 through 17. Children 12 and younger are admitted free with paid adult.

Gates open. Highland athletic competition begins.

Worship Service and Kirking of the Tartan
10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.  
Continuous activities at the park.
Music performances by festival headliners under the entertainment tent. Celtic harp  solo and ensemble performances, plus Learn to Play the Harp sessions. Highland athletics featuring local and national competitors in nine events including caber toss. Pipe band performances. Irish dance demonstration. Clogging demonstrations. Learn Scottish Country Dance sessions.
For kids: Mini Highland games. Hands-on crafts. Miniature train. Passport game with prizes.
Scottish and festival foods. Celtic product vendors. Border collies herding sheep. Highland cows. Clydesdales. Birds of prey.
Renaissance sword fighting reenactments. British cars.
Scottish clan tents. Genealogy information.
12:30 p.m. — Mid-Day Ceremony

Parking and shuttle
Free parking is at McPherson High School, 801 E. First St. at North High Drive.
Free shuttle runs from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday  and  from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Sunday between McPherson High School and festival (Gate C). A walking route is marked between High School and Lakeside Park area via Kerschner Gate in Providence Glen (see map).
