Three members of the MAC Wrestling Club came away from Derby High School with first-place finishes this past weekend at the Tom Faust Memorial Novice Championships Wrestling Tournament.

Three members of the MAC Wrestling Club came away from Derby High School with first-place finishes this past weekend at the Tom Faust Memorial Novice Championships Wrestling Tournament.
Finishing first in the Sunday tournament was Bishop Brown at 6-and-under 49 pounds, Treyton Pelner at 8-and-under 55 and Tucker Pelnar at 8-and-under 55.
Mason Thrash took second at 12-and-under 130 pounds.
A pair of wrestlers placed at the Tom Faust Memorial Tournament Saturday, also held at Derby High School.
Aaron Handlin took second place at 10-and-under 150 pounds, while Jonah Scott took fifth at 10-and-under 130 pounds.
A portion of the MAC Wrestling Club will be taking part in the Beloit Invitational Tournament this coming weekend at Beloit Junior/Senior High School.
