Duane and Betty (Briggs) Mowbray are celebrating 50 years of marriage.
Their children and grandchildren will be hosting a fellowship at the Trinity Lutheran Church from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sept 5.
Duane and Betty were married Sept. 4, 1960, at the Andover Lutheran Church in rural Windom.
Both are retired, Duane from the Board of Public Utilities. They have two children: son Darin (Billi) Mowbray and daughter Darla Mowbray and grandchildren: Seth and Samantha Mowbray and Danielle Leiker of McPherson. No gifts please.
