Three people, including one minor, were arrested near Moundridge Monday evening on drug-related charges following a report of theft at Love's Travel Stop in McPherson.

Three people, including one minor, were arrested near Moundridge Monday evening on drug-related charges following a report of theft at Love's Travel Stop in McPherson.

A deputy on Insterstate 135 recognized a vehicle matching the description of one involved in the theft and made a stop to investigate near mile marker 48. During the investigation, drugs including heroin, marijuana and methamphetamines were discovered.

All three individuals were placed under arrest. Adria Marie Jackson, 46, of Colorado was charged with possession of heroin, marijuana, methamphetamines and drug paraphernalia, as well as theft, aggravated endangerment of a child, distribution of drug paraphernalia and violation of a protective order. She was held in lieu of $34,250 bond.

Eric Wayne Hartsock, 50, of Colorado was charged with possession of heroin, marijuana, methamphetamines and drug paraphernalia, as well as theft, aggravated endangerment of a child, and distribution of drug paraphernalia. He was held in lieu of $33,750 bond.

The juvenile, a 17-year-old girl, was charged with possession of a stimulant, marijuana and paraphernalia, as well as possession of paraphernalia with the intent to distribute, and theft. Her bond was set at $31,250.
