Shani Windholz and Eric Stewart were married Nov. 4, 2017, at Church of Resurrection in Leawood. Music was provided by soloist Nathan Johnson. The Rev. Joshua Clough officiated the double ring ceremony and the wedding was coordinated by Sherry Hilleary. The bride was escorted by her father.
The bride is the daughter of Kenneth and Natalie Windholz of Gorham. The groom is the son of Dean and Karen Stewart of McPherson.
Grandparents of the bride are Ray and Katie Herrman and Millicent Meyer.
Jacque Jacobs, sister of the bride, served as the matron of honor, Nichole Windholz, sister-in-law of the bride served as bridesmaid and Macey Steckel, niece of the bride, served as junior bridesmaid.
Chris and David Stewart, brothers of the groom, served as best men, and Sam Stewart, nephew of the groom, served as junior groomsman.
Addison Stewart, niece of the groom, served as flower girl, Nicholas Windholz, nephew of the bride, served as ring bearer and Lauryn and Issac Windholz, niece and nephew of the bride, served as candlelighters. Ushers were Eric Arthaud, Chad Goscha, Brad Windholz, Rod Windholz and Tyler Windholz.
The bride is a court services officer for the state of Kansas and is a graduate of Fort Hays State University. The groom is a consulting actuary for Actuarial Resources Corporation and graduated with his master's degree in mathamatics from Wichita State University.
Following a honeymoon in Kauai, Hawaii, the couple will reside in Overland Park.
