While the McPherson Aqua Pups only took six swimmers to last weekend’s District South Swim Championships at the Wichita Swim Club, all six made improvements over previous times and each has a solid swim.
According to Aqua Pups assistant coach Nora Grosbach, “The kids were awesome. Things were different with the sudden change in coaching style, but they did a fantastic job and I’m so proud of them.”
Grosbach was taking the lead as Aqua Pups Head Coach, Kyle Banman, was unavailable for the weekend.
The Aqua Pups will have two swimmers competing Feb. 24 at the Missouri Valley Short Course Championship Meet.
