INMAN — On March 2, you can eat fried chicken for a good cause.

For the second year now, owners Nick and Katy Reinecker are supporting the Inman Elementary Parent Teacher Organization by giving back 20 percent of that night's sales to the organization.

"We have worked with the PTO for a lot of years and they spend the money on things like books for parents and children. Another cool thing they got in the past was a 360 camera," Katy Reinecker said.

The buffet will be open from 5 to 8 p.m. March 2 at the Inman Harvest Cafe, located at 112 S. Main St. in Inman.

This year, Reinecker said they are hoping to raise enough money for new playground equipment.

If fried chicken isn't something your tastebuds are craving that evening, Reinecker noted that guests may order other things on the menu.

"It doesn't matter what they order. All proceeds from sales that night will go right back to the PTO," she added.
