Pastor David Case would like to let anyone interested in helping the Omega Project know that they have an upcoming opportunity to assist the charity.

This weekend, the organization that works to change the lives of those struggling with addiction, will open its five houses to the public with a prayer breakfast at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday at the meeting room of its Women’s House at 201 S. Chestnut St.

The open houses will follow the breakfast. Case said hopes the event will provide visitors an opportunity to get to know some of the residents — and maybe form a deeper connection that could help someone.

“If they (visitors) want more involvement... with a person or a house they can get that,” Case said.

Visitors may also join the Omega Project’s prayer team.
