The Canton Dizzy Dames Family & Community Education group met on June 4 at the home of Adele Koehn.

Roll call was “A major concern in today’s world.” The first lesson was given by Koehn on “Kids in the Kitchen.” The educational goals were: working safely with young children when food is being prepared, having ideas for creative nutritious recipes for children and creating activities that will encourage children to want to spend time learning kitchen skills. The lesson emphasized hand washing and safe use of kitchen equipment.
