Since going to a 5-day-a-week publication, we have had to consolidate multiple days worth of area records on certain days.
Tuesday's area records are from the previous Friday and Saturday.
Wednesday's area records are from the previous Sunday and Monday
Thursday's area records are from the previous Tuesday and Wednesday
Friday's area records are from Thursday.
Saturday we have an early press time so there are no area records published.
Sometiimes our cop reporter works ahead on Mondays, so you may see an area record published on the Web site a day before it actually runs in the newspaper.
