HIGHLIGHTS
McPherson police
Officers responded at 12:33 p.m. Thursday to the 100 block of North Maple and took a report of criminal damage to property in which someone had scratched a vehicle. No loss estimate was available.

Officers responded at 8:25 p.m. Thursday to the 600 block of Sonora and the 1000 block of South Main for violation of a stalking order. A 42-year-old man was arrested on a charge of stalking and violation of a protection order. He was booked and released on $2,500 bond.

At 9:36 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to the 200 block of East Avenue D and the 1200 block of South Ash. They took an information report of a domestic battery that occurred in the 1000 block of South Elm between a 30-year-old female and a 31-year-old male.

Fire
Firefighters responded at 1:06 p.m. Thursday to the 100 block of West Euclid to check for carbon monoxide. Everything was OK.

Area
CANTON - EMS personnel responded to the 300 block of South Main for a medical emergency at 11:52 p.m. Thursday. A patient was transported to McPherson Hospital.
