HIGHLIGHTS
McPherson police
Officers responded to shoplifting in the 1400 block of North Main at 4:42 p.m. Monday. A theft report was taken of two known female suspects, ages 19 and 40, who took $16 worth of merchandise.
An officer responded to the 500 block of East Northview at 6:31 p.m. Monday and took a report of the burglary and theft of more than $1,000 worth of items from an unlocked vehicle.
Sheriff
A deputy took a report at 8:23 p.m. Monday of the burglary and theft of more than $1,000. Someone took an iPhone 4S from the 800 block of Pawnee Road.
Fire
Firefighters and EMS personnel responded at 9:42 a.m. Monday to a structure fire in the 2200 block of East Viega.
Area
LINDSBORG - An officer checked a female juvenile in the 200 block of North Main at 1:10 a.m. Monday. She was transported to her residence in the 300 block of Normal.
