HIGHLIGHTS
McPherson police
At 11:55 a.m. Sunday, officers arrested a 42-year-old McPherson man on charges of stalking and violation of a protection order. He was booked and released on $3,000 bond.

Officers responded to the 500 block of North Main for a domestic disturbance at 12:06 p.m. Sunday. A 48-year-old McPherson man was arrested on a charge of domestic battery. Juvenile intake was advised, and the man’s 17-year-old son was turned over to his grandmother.

Sheriff
A deputy stopped a vehicle at 1:35 a.m. Sunday near 12th Avenue and Wells Fargo Road. A 28-year-old Lindsborg man was arrested on charges of felony DUI and driving with a revoked license. He was booked and later released on $2,750 bond.

Fire
Firefighters checked a residence in the 700 block of East Marlin at 12:03 p.m. Monday for a gas odor. Nothing was found.

LINDSBORG - A deputy responded to the 100 block of North Washington at 2:08 a.m. Sunday for a report of someone breaking into an abandoned building. Two Lindsborg men, ages 22 and 23, were arrested on charges of criminal damage to property and criminal trespass. They were each booked and released on $1,000 cash bond.   

WINDOM - Deputies responded to a report of gunshots in the 500 block of South Blair at 7:10 p.m. Monday. Subjects shooting off fireworks were found and told to stop.
