HIGHLIGHTS
McPherson police
Officers responded to the 300 block of South Lucy at 2:35 p.m. Tuesday for a report of burglary, theft and criminal damage. Someone broke into a shed about three weeks ago and took some tools. Total value of theft and damage was set at $498.

An officer responded to the 700 block of Somerset Lane at 4:50 p.m. Tuesday for a possible burglary. A report was taken of criminal damage to property and criminal trespass involving a known suspect.

Sheriff
A deputy checked on suspicious activity near Iron Horse Road and Plum Avenue at 9:57 a.m. Tuesday. Subjects were located, and everything was OK.

At 2:35 p.m. Tuesday, a deputy checked for possible illegal dumping from a semi at Moccasin Road and 17th Avenue. The vehicle was filling a tractor/sprayer, and everything was OK.

Fire
Firefighters, EMS personnel and officers responded to the 1500 block of East Gordon for a fire alarm at 8:39 p.m. Tuesday. Everything was OK, and the system was reset.

MARQUETTE - At 1:16 a.m. Tuesday, EMS personnel responded to a medical emergency in the 200 block of South Washington. McPherson EMS personnel also responded and transported a patient to Lindsborg Community Hospital.

LINDSBORG - An officer responded at 9:28 p.m. Tuesday to an accident in the 200 block of South Second. A vehicle driven by Mitchell Glen Suppes struck a parked vehicle. He was cited for inattentive driving.
