HIGHLIGHTS
McPherson police
At 10:26 p.m. Sunday, an officer responded to a domestic disturbance in the 800 block of North Barber. A 32-year-old woman was arrested on a charge of criminal damage to property. She was booked and held in lieu of $171 bond.

An officer responded to shoplifting in the 200 block of South Centennial Drive at 9:31 p.m. Monday. Two known female suspects, ages 21 and 23, took merchandise valued at $16.70.

Sheriff
A deputy checked the welfare in the 1300 block of Dakota Road at 9:56 a.m. Monday. No other information was available.

Fire
Firefighters responded at 10:49 a.m. Monday for a smoke detector activation in the 100 block of North Main. The alarm was false, and everything was OK. EMS personnel and an officer were disregarded prior to arrival.

Area
INMAN - McPherson EMS personnel and Inman firefighters responded at 6 a.m. Monday to a medical emergency at 10th Avenue and Buckskin Road. A patient was transported to McPherson Hospital.
