A preliminary hearing scheduled for Monday for Gleif Garrison was rescheduled after defense attorney David Harger was disqualified from the case.
Garrison has been charged with aggravated battery in connection to the death of Mitchell “Mike” Likins of rural Lindsborg.
Garrison was arrested April 14.
An autopsy performed on Likins shows he died of drowning with an undetermined manner of death.
The theory of the incident is that Likins and Garrison were involved in an altercation that resulted in the ramming of vehicles with Likins’ vehicle ending up in the lake.
