A letter from the President
It has been a great year at Lincoln Elementary; I can’t believe it is almost over! I would like to personally thank every parent; grandparent and guardian who helped make this year successful. Whether you helped in a classroom or with a PTO project, you are appreciated. Family and Staff is what make this school so great. 3rd-5th grade students are currently taking State Assessments, good luck, you will do great. The assessment party is scheduled for April 9th, there will be ice cream sundae’s and inflatable’s. Thank you PTO and parents, for providing snacks and drinks for the students during test taking. We welcome any and all parents to our meetings; they are the first Monday of each month at 6:30.

Upcoming events-
March 5th -K-2 music program. Thank you Ms. Horton for working so hard on this program. Program starts at 7:00. Notes will continue to be brought home about costumes and instructions for the big day! Check your child’s back pack!
March 12th is family picture night, come get your picture taken, look at the proofs and decide what or if you want to buy. Please call the office to reserve your time. A $10 reservation fee is needed.
On March 13th please wear your Lincoln Lyons shirt to show your school pride!
Please keep cutting those box tops! Lincoln Lions have made over 800.00 this year, before our last send in of almost 5,000 more box tops.
April and May are filled with more fun, please look for updates in the paper and notes going home.
