HESSTON- Freeman J. Miller, 91, died Sunday at his home.
He was a mercantile store owner.
Survivors include: his wife, Evelyn; one son, Edwin Miller, Kalona, Iowa and one daughter, Maris Schroeder, Moundridge; five grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; step children, Lyle Stucky, Osler, Saskatchewan, Canada, Lynn Stucky, Sanger, Tex., Larry Stucky, McPherson, Denise Siemens, McPherson, Donna Sharp, Little Rock, Ark., and Danielle Suderman, McPherson; 15 step grandchildren and eight step great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be Thursday at 10:30 a.m. at the Garden Community Church, Moundridge. Visitation will be Wednesday from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. with family present from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the Moundridge Funeral Home. Burial will be Thursday at 3 p.m. in the Crystal Springs Mennonite Church Cemetery, Crystal Springs. Memorials may be given to the Schowalter Villa Good Samaritan Fund, in care of the funeral home.
