WICHITA- Jailei Elizabeth Clement, 16-day-old-infant, daughter of Taren Clement, died Saturday, June 27, 2009, at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita.
A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m., Wednesday, July 1, at Stockham Family Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 6 p.m. until service time on Wednesday at the funeral home.
Survivors include: her mother, Taren of the home; a sister, Harlee of the home; grandparents, Christopher and Kathie Willoughby of McPherson; an aunt, Tristine Willoughby of McPherson, an uncle, Heath Williams of Wichita; and several great-aunts and great-uncles.
Memorial donations may be given to the March of Dimes in care of Stockham Family Funeral Home.
