HESSTON- Roma A. Jantz, 79, died Saturday, May 30, 2009, at Via Christi St. Francis in Wichita. She had worked as a dietary aide at Showalter Villa in Hesston.
Survivors include: brothers Marion Jantz of Horton, Mo., Jason Jantz, McPherson, Donald Jantz, Butler, Mo.; sisters Adella Jantz, Hesston, Bernice Nightengale, Ingalls; Waneta Amstutz of Sanston, Va., and Emily Nachtigal, Hutchinson; and many nieces and nephews.
Vistitation will be from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday at Miller Funeral Home in Hesston with the family greeting friends from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Meridian Church of God in Christ, Mennonite.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, June 3, at the Meridian Church of God in Christ, Mennonite (two miles east and two miles north of Hesston) with pastors Eldon Wenger and Franklin Wenger officiating.
Burial will take take place in the church cemetery following the service.
