A new SurveyUSA poll conducted among likely voters in the state’s 1st district found what many already suspected, Republican 1st District Candidate  Tim Huelskamp hold a firm lead with 63 percent of the vote, compared to his Democrat opponent Alan Jilka, who gained 26 percent of the support among likely votes.
The Libertarian candidate Jack Warner held 5 percent of the vote. The undecideds in the race are at 6 percent.
The results of the latest SurveyUSA poll are basically unchanged from the August survey with Huelskamp earning 65 percent of the vote in that pole and Jilka earning 23 percent.
Both candidates are vying for the Congressional seat being vacated by Rep. Jerry Moran, who is the Republican nominee for the U.S. Senate.
