WICHITA — The Wichita Force indoor football team signed wide receiver Harry Peoples for the 2017 season.

Peoples spent the 2013 season with the Tri-Cities Fever of the Indoor Football League. where he had 45 catches for 499 yards and 10 touchdowns. He had 19 kick returns for 394 yards and a touchdown. He led the IFL with a 20.7 yards-per-return average.

Before joining the Fever, he attended mini-camp with the Chicago Bears as an undrafted free agent.

Peoples played two seasons with the University of Louisiana-Lafayette, where he had 122 catches for 1,514 yards and six touchdowns. As a senior, he had 64 catches for 871 yards with five touchdowns. He led ULL to the New Orleans Bowl twice with the Ragin’ Cajuns winning both times, topping San Diego State and Eastern Carolina.

He also played two seasons for Holmes Community College.

He spent the 2015 season playing for a team in Norway at quarterback.
