AUSTIN, T.X. - Hector Carrillo Perales and Juan Alejandro Jimenez of McPherson have been named to the 2018 Google Cloud Academic All-District® Men's At-Large teams, as selected by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA). The award recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. Perales is a first team selection, while Jimenez earns a second team honor.

Carrillo Perales sports a 3.97 GPA in Business Administration: Management/Marketing/Finance. On the court, he finished 15-7 in singles and 21-6 in doubles. Carrillo Perales paired with Ahmed Lahlou to post a 20-5 record in doubles and finished ranked fifth in the NAIA.
Jiminez carries a 4.0 GPA in Business Administration: Management/Marketing/Finance. On the court, he was 17-11 in singles and 6-3 in doubles.
The Google Cloud Academic All-America® College Division Men's At-Large Team produced an average GPA of 3.94 with the first team combining for an average GPA of 3.97. The team includes 11 student-athletes with 4.0 GPA and three graduate students.
The Google Cloud Academic All-America® College Division At-Large Teams includes student-athletes from NAIA, Canadian and two-year institutions.
The at-large program for the CoSIDA Academic All-America® program includes the sports of fencing, golf, gymnastics, ice hockey, lacrosse, rifle, skiing, swimming and diving, tennis, water polo for both men and women; bowling, crew and field hockey for women; and volleyball and wrestling for men.
