WICHITA—The 2018 Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference (KCAC) Football Media Day, sponsored by IMA, Inc. and Dissinger Reed, will be held Friday, August 3, at Crestview Country Club, the league office announced Thursday afternoon. Head coaches will take the podium starting at 11:30 a.m CT.

Featured highlights of the annual media day include the press conference with presentations and insights from all KCAC football head coaches, personalized team previews for the 2018 football season, question and answer sessions, and opportunities for one-on-one head coach interviews.
The event will be streamed live via the KCAC Digital Network starting at 11:30 a.m.
Two preseason polls - one by media members and the other by head coaches - will be announced following all media day activities.

McPherson kicks off its season Sept. 1 against Bethany College inside McPherson Stadium at 7 p.m. The Bulldogs 10-game schedule features all league opponents, with five contests taking place at home. McPherson returns a slew of All-KCAC performers from a season ago, including first team pick Jackson Goodmiller, who finished 2017 with 51 catches for 527 yards and eight touchdowns.
KCAC Wants You to Participate in Football Media Day
Fans can submit questions to the coaches of their favorite KCAC teams and possibly have that question answered as part of the Media Day press conference. Questions can be submitted through the official KCAC Facebook account by posting in the comments section of the corresponding post or to the KCAC's Twitter feed using the hashtag: #KCACFB with a deadline of August 2.
