This was a dominant game for McPherson, with them leading from the jump, as they opened the game on a 7-1 run. The Bulldogs never looked back after that, as they didn't give up the lead for the rest of the game. McPherson made a statement in this game, pouncing on CCC from the start.
Sonerka White was once again the star on offense, as she scored a game-high 17 points. Asya Tims was the second highest scorer for the Bulldogs, adding 11 points of her own.
This was a dominant game on the boards for McPherson. The team tallied 56 total rebounds compared to CCC's 34. Both White and Brittany Roberts had 11 rebounds, good for the team-high. The Bulldogs only recorded 8 total assists, a stat that didn't seem to matter as they won by 22 points.
McPherson will try to take this momentum into their next game on Saturday, November 3rd as they take on Oklahoma Panhandle State University at 4 p.m. in the sports center.
