The McPherson Gympups recently competed in the “Monkey Around in Paradise” meet hosted by the CATTS Gymnastics Club.
The Level 7 team took first place, while the Intermediate Optionals took second. The Level 4s and 5s took fifth.
For Level 7, Marisa Miller was first in all-around, with Lacy Dimitt right behind her. Another second-place finisher was Teagan Miller, with Paige Richert taking third.
For the Intermediate Optionals, Brigitte Wilhelm was first in all-around, finishing ahead of Jenni Schrag.
For Level 4, Michaela Bowers took first in all-around, with Kinzie Goering and Taylor Goering taking fourth. Daysia Hale was fifth.
For Level 5, Paige Gottwald was second in all-around and Bailey Holton was fifth.
