As a rancher, auction market owner and Kansas Beef Council Executive Board member, Josh Mueller sees his Checkoff dollars, as well as those of his family, neighbors and customers, advance the beef industry at each step along the way. He joined the KBC Executive Board more than four years ago and is honored to sit with cattlemen and women from across the state.

ACLU of Kansas intervenes on behalf of voters in multiple counties ahead of primary election

The American Civil Liberties Union of Kansas has helped resolve election-related concerns in counties around the state in advance of next week’s primary. The organization runs a nonpartisan “election protection” hotline to ensure safe and accessible voting, and it will deploy trained poll observers next week.

Pipeliners end season on high note

MCPHERSON – It may not seem like it at first glance, but the 2022 McPherson Pipeliners season turned out to be more of a success than its final record may suggest. The Pipeliners ended their summer campaign on Wednesday with a 7-26 record when they took home a 10-6 win in El Dorado over the El Dorado Walnuts.
