MOUNDRIDGE – Consistency is the key to the 2022 season for a senior laden Moundridge volleyball team. The Lady Wildcats finished 13-22 overall and 6-12 in league play for the 2021 season with their highlight coming with a third-place finish at the Belle Plaine Tournament.
CANTON – After riding four seasons of success with Christian Darrah and Morgan Becker, the Canton/ Galva cross country team now looks to be a one pony show for 2022. Heading into his 18th season as the leader of the Eagle program, coach Lyle Silsby will be counting on his son, Garrett Silsby, to represent Canton/Galva on the cross country courses in 2022.

DEAR DR. ROACH: I am a 55-year-old male in good health and was diagnosed with a slightly enlarged prostate several years ago.
