APT 6 raises $50,000 for Opera House

APT 6 Resale and Consignment Shop recently presented a check for $50,524.00 that was raised in this last fiscal year. Pictured from left to right are APT 6 Volunteer Manger, Susan Meng, and Opera House President, Denise O’Connor-Munsey. APT 5 is a non-profit business fully staffed by volunteers, who take in donated and consigned items and sell them to benefit the Opera House. Donations of furniture, accessories, jewelry, clothing, art, home goods and décor are greatly appreciated. Volunteers are also needed to sort inventory, assist with pricing, work the cash register, and display merchandise. The current shop hours are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.; Thursday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.; and Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Call 620-241-1952 or visit mcphersonoperahouse.org for more information. Dean Coughenour Trust Gifts $1.5 Million to McPherson College
