The Redskins put the first points on the board in the first quarter when Braxton Lafferty found a lane and dashed 41 yards to the end zone and with Braden Young’s twopoint conversion, Little River was up 8-0 early.
Swimming season may not be happening until the next calendar year for the McPherson High School girls swimming team, but bubbles are already stirring in the water as the high school announced Angela Brunk as the new head coach of the program.

The win raises the Vikings season mark to 2-1 for the season as they now prepare for a huge test this Friday when they make a road trip to unbeaten and Class 3A top ranked Andale.
SOLOMON – Remaining unbeaten for the season, the Canton/Galva football team for the second game in a row earned a win by halftime point rule when they went into Solomon on Friday and earned a 58-6 victory.
