Each month, McPherson High School chooses a staff member, teacher and student who go above and beyond at the school. On Nov. 21, McPherson High School recognized three outstanding individuals for the month of October.

The Kansas Department of Transportation is partnering with the U.S. Department of Transportation’s National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) to raise awareness of its “Click It or Ticket” campaign during the busy Thanksgiving weekend. WAMEGO, Kansas – For the fourth time in the last five seasons, the McPherson Bullpups found themselves in the class 4A state semifinal game. Much like their previous visits to the sub-state game, however, McPherson fell short of a title game berth as the Bullpups fell 33-16 to Wamego on the road Friday night.
Curtiss Richard “Mr. B” Belisle, 82, of McPherson passed away Saturday, November 12, 2022 at Pine Village of Moundridge, KS.

MCPHERSON – Basketball may be the first thing most people think of when imaging the historic Roundhouse gym located inside of McPherson High School, but besides being the homecourt for the Bullpups during the basketball and volleyball seasons, the Roundhouse also serves as the home for the Bullpup ‘Wall of Fame.’
