Three Bullpups commit to next level

The first signing day of the 2024-2025 school year took place for McPherson High School on Wednesday, November 13, as Bullpup athletes Logan Beede, Addison Chapman and Haely Hagemann chose their college destination.All three of McPherson’s signees will continue their athletic career on a diamond, as Beede signed to play baseball and both Chapman and Hagemann signed to play softball.Beede, who will be playing his senior season this upcoming spring for the Bullpup baseball team, elected to sign with Neosho County Community College.

“Path to Pebble” wins at film festival

“The Path to Pebble,” a documentary chronicling the incredible story of McPherson College’s decade-long journey to compete at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, won Best Documentary Short Film at the Grand Motoring Film Festival on October 31 at Hilton Head Island.The film was released in August to coincide with this year’s Pebble Beach Concours and commemorate the college’s historic podium finish at the most prestigious car show in the world.
