McPherson Fire Department joins Kansas Hazmat Response Team
The McPherson Fire Department (MFD) has signed a new agreement with the Kansas State Fire Marshal’s Office (KSFM) to help with hazardous materials emergencies across the state. This contract makes MFD part of the Kansas Hazardous Materials Regional Response System, allowing firefighters to assist in major incidents while continuing to serve McPherson.
