McPherson’s Jenna Wall and her yearling American Paint Horse filly, Sensational Whiteout, recently completed their 2008 show season.
The duo’s summer started by unanimously winning a world championship in Amateur Longe Line at the Pinto Horse Association of America (PtHA) world show in June.
Because horses are not usually ridden until they are at least two, the longe line class serves as a platform to showcase yearling prospect’s talent and ability to be a future champions under saddle.  Other longe line highlights of the summer included a third-place finish at the prestigious Reichert Celebration and a reserve championship at the National Snaffle Bit Association’s Breeders Championship Futurity.
In September, the pair won the Kansas Paint Horse Association’s Breeder’s Futurity longe line class.  In the  fall Wall and Sensational Whiteout were Congress Champions in Amateur Longe Line and Reserve Congress Champions in Open Longe Line at the World Wide Paint Horse Congress show down the road in Wichita.  A trip to Fort Worth, Texas, in November capped off the show season with a nearly unanimous finish as the American Paint Horse Association’s World Champion in Yearling In-Hand Trail.  Lastly, the filly currently sits on top of the PtHA national honor roll for Horse of the Year in Amateur Longe Line.  Sensational Whiteout is a homebred filly for the Wall family.  She is out of their mare, Skip To My Dance, and is sired by Zippos Sensation - the #1 Paint Horse sire of all time and the only Paint Horse inducted into the National Snaffle Bit Association’s Hall of Fame.  Zippos Sensation is owned by Simons Show Horses, LLC of Aubrey, Texas.  Jenna is the daughter of Brent and Sue Wall.
