Bonnie Mae Bennett Easterling, 89, went to be with her Lord on October 20, 2010, in Oklahoma City. The youngest of five girls, Bonnie grew up on a farm near Selman, Okla. She married Verlin Easterling in 1940, and together they enjoyed a life of faith, family and service. Her dedication as a wife, mother, caregiver, businesswoman and - most important to her – a servant of God was an inspiration to all who knew and loved her. Even through the last years with Alzheimer’s Disease, she continued to give praise and share her faith by singing the Doxology: “Praise God from whom all blessings flow…” always ending with a hearty, “A-men.”  Bonnie was preceded in death by her husband Verlin; her parents; four sisters; daughters-in law, Judy Easterling and Sheila Easterling; and grandson, Mark Bennett Easterling.
She is survived by her children: Robert and wife Susie, Lael and wife Katherine, Connie Collins and husband Samuel T., and Verla Raines and husband Clarence; 11 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
