McPherson police
Officers responded to a possible domestic disturbance near Elm and Kansas Avenue at 6:16 p.m. Sunday. They arrested a 32-year-old McPherson man on a charge of domestic violence. He was booked and released on a $296 bond. Officers also arrested a 23-year-old McPherson man on a Marion County warrant for failure to appear. He was booked and released on a $2,500 bond.

Officers, EMS personnel and firefighters responded at 3:56 p.m. Monday to an injury accident near Hartup and First. A truck driven by 17-year-old Troy Saunders of McPherson struck a moped driven by 81-year-old Walter Hundley, also of McPherson. Saunders was cited for an improper turn, and one patient was transported to McPherson Hospital.

A deputy responded to an accident near mile marker 81 on Kansas Highway 61 at 6:14 a.m. Monday. A vehicle driven by Carrie Mercer of Belle Plaine struck a deer.

Firefighters responded to a grass fire in the alley behind the 700 block of North Elm at 3:27 p.m. Monday.

CANTON - Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance in the 100 block of East Allen at 5:58 p.m. Sunday. They took a report of battery and trespassing involving a 50-year-old man and his 18-year-old son.  

INMAN - Officers arrested a 20-year-old Inman male at 6:38 p.m. Monday on charges of cultivation, possession with intent to distribute, possession within 1,000 feet of a school and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was booked and held in lieu of $28,500 bond.
