Jan. 29

At 10:41 a.m. January 29, an officer arrested Richelle Lee Dickey, 41, of McPherson on three warrants for failure to appear. Dickey was released after posting a $1,700 bond.

At 7:54 p.m. January 29, officers arrested Dannielle M. Newboles, 35, on a McPherson Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear. Newboles was released after posting a $1,325 bond.

Jan. 31

At 1:46 a.m. January 31, officers arrested Gabriel Lamont Issac, 36, on charges of felony D.U.I., fleeing and attempting to elude, driving while revoked, no insurance, expired registration, disobeying stop sign, failure to signal and refusal of blood test. A $6,500 bond was posted. Lamont was arrested after suffering minor injuries from a collision with a parked, unattended vehicle and a utility pole. The patient was transported to McPherson Hospital.


Jan. 30

At 2:14 p.m. January 30, a deputy took a report of criminal use of a financial card. Estimated losses were placed at $5,000. Capital One was reported to reimburse the losses, and is conducting their own investigation.
