Anyone interested in coming to see McPherson High School’s Prom, “A TOUCH OF CLASS,” is welcome to a showing from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Saturday. Viewers should park in the west parking lot off of North High Drive and enter through the doors that lead to the Auxiliary Gym.
The Promenade will begin announcing at 8:45 p.m. and conclude announcing at 9:15 p.m. on the south side of the building. Efforts will be made to have it outside this year. If the weather is bad it will be in the Theater. Bleachers will be  provided, and there will be a place where the students can stop if anyone would like to take a picture. Troy Wiens is providing a car for pictures.  
A hypnotist show will take place at the After Prom. Inflatables will be open to the elementary school children from 4:30 to 6 p.m. for $3; the middle school from 9 to 10:30 p.m. for $5; and high school freshman and sophomores from 10:30 p.m. to midnight for $5.  
Parent volunteers are needed for the events. Children of volunteers will be allowed free entrance.
