Man pleads not guilty in large fraud case

A Valley Center man is at the center of both civil and criminal proceedings in McPherson County, accused of misappropriating corporate funds for personal use. Jason Ryan Stucky, 45, has entered a plea of not guilty to two felony counts involving theft and fraudulent computer activity, allegedly committed over a nearly three-year period.

Duerksen Joins City Leadership

The Convention & Visitors Bureau Board approved a $500 Visitor Attraction Grant for the McPherson Museum’s annual Haunted House event. The event is scheduled for October 10, 11, 17, 18, 24, 25, 31, and November 1 and is expected to draw visitors and support seasonal tourism.
