Edward “Dale” Anderson, 91, died peacefully on Sunday, May 1, 2022 at Presbyterian Manor in Salina, Kansas. He was born in the New Gottland community of McPherson, Kansas to Ed and Pearl Anderson on January 28, 1931. Dale attended McPherson High School, graduating in 1949.

Jeffery Dean Swisher, 67, of McPherson, Kansas, passed away at 2:21a.m, Monday, July 18th, 2022 at Hutchinson Regional Medical Center, Hutchinson, Kansas. Jeffery was born in Council Grove, Kansas on January 11, 1955, a son of Stella Marie (Brownell) and Clyde Jason Swisher.

Bullpup baseball struggles over weekend

MCPHERSON – For most of the 2022 baseball season, the McPherson Bullpup baseball teams have enjoyed a healthy amount of success on the baseball diamond.
