Youth Girls Soccer Clinic

The event was initially supposed to be held on Wednesday May 4th, but was rescheduled due to weather. McPherson College welcomes the fast and furious 1972 Ferrari

MCPHERSON – The fast and the furious has made its way from California to McPherson, Kansas as the highly regarded auto restoration program at McPherson College acquired a new car to work on for its students last Friday during a surprise ceremony. This car is a 1972 Ferrari 365 GTB/4 Daytona, which is a two-seat grand tourer.

After a slow start to the season turned into a team gelling and finding its chemistry at the right time, McPherson has reeled off six straight wins, including a 3-1 win over Rose Hill on Monday night.

Schafer Leads Redskins in Sweep of Ell-Saline

BROOKVILLE – Due to weather the Little River baseball team had to wait a few extra days to go on the road to battle Ell-Saline, but Kaden Schafer led the Redskins by going 7-for-8 in two games with four home runs in leading them to a 22-5 and 16-4 doubleheader sweep.

Little River Native Running for Governor

LYONS – A native of Little River is in the running to be governor of Kansas with hopes of powerlifting his way to Topeka as a third-party candidate. Seth Cordell grew up in Little River and eventually landed in Lyons, Kansas where he is a Chiropractor alongside his wife Teresa at the Cordell Chiropractic Clinic while also competing in strong man and powerlifting competitions.
