Clay Center, Kansas – There are millions of people carrying heavy burdens all across our world. They cannot sleep at night and wake up tired. They have regular appointments with their counselors. Canton Stars and Stripes Military Museum, 104 W. Allen, in Canton. Exhibits include memorabilia from all military branches. Documenting Galva’s history as well as surrounding country schools, displays of past businesses, and information regarding the Cherokee and Santa Fe Trail. Moundridge City Council Meeting May 8

City of Moundridge Mayor Kevin Schmidt called the meeting to order at 5:45 p.m. on May 8. Those present were Council members Ryan Durst, Kirk Stucky, Wayne Fisher, Kent Winsky, and Jeremy Moore.

Senior swagger: Late goal propels Lady Pups to senior night victory

As the 2023 girls high school soccer season progressed, it became evident that this year’s edition of the McPherson Lady Pups would be a tough out on any given night. That image was portrayed once again in McPherson’s senior night showdown with Salina South last Thursday, as the Lady Pups used a late penalty kick to down the Cougars 1-0.
