DENVER – A report released this week by the Sierra Club faults dozens of utilities that provide a major chunk of U.S. electric generation for failing to speed up their decarbonization efforts.

The Burnin’ Down Main event was a success, with a crowd of about 600 people, 100 pumpkin giveaways, face painting, inflatables, and cornhole. The first-place winner for chili was Flat Branch Home Loans, represented by Renee Williams and Katy Aichele. In second for best chili, was Rory Rierson, and in third place, 365 Sports Complex, represented by Stephen Gray. In first place for best soup was King’s Two, represented by Stacy Hubbard and Gary Reiman.
