WWII Victory Letter from Bob to Gwen

Wellington City Councilman, Rick Roitman recently was able to share an important letter that gave a glimpse into how loved ones communicated during WWII. Roitman, a retired US Navy Commander, served for 27 years and on this occasion honored a fellow Navy man, Bob Rice, by reading a letter he had written from his ship during WWII.
