During Tuesday’s McPherson City Commission meeting, Mayor Thomas Brown addressed a Citizen Petition addressing Quality of Life policing methods.Quality of Life Policing methods are based on the “broken windows” theory which says that allowing broken windows and other signs of disorder to exist in a neighborhood quickly leads to an explosion of serious crime if left unchecked.
