Four people were hospitalized Sunday night after an ambulance from Lindsborg collided with another vehicle in Salina.
Tel Phelps, 17, of Brookville was northbound on Broadway Boulevard around 10 p.m. Sunday when he attempted to make a left turn onto Crawford Street. The ambulance, which had lights and sirens active, struck Phelps’ vehicle in the intersection.
Phelps was ejected from his vehicle and transported to Salina Regional Health Center with possible head injuries. The driver of the ambulance, Kylie McGreevy, 23, of Elllsworth was also transported, as well as a patient, Linda Seidel, 68, of Roxbury, and the attending nurse, Alesha Schoshke, 33.
